All patients wishing to be seen by our Physicians must be formally referred.

To avoid long wait times, this office requires confirmation of your attendance to
appointments at least 7 days prior to your appointment.

You must call prior to your appointment if you must cancel for any reason or you
will need to be re-referred.

Please wear loose fitting clothing and Do Not wear any lotions on the day of your
appointment as this will interfere with our equipment.

If you are taking antibiotics, injection appointments will need to be rescheduled.
